STI-TEC, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountability Analyst / Specialist to support processing, physical distribution, and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard.

The role focuses on monitoring property records, analyzing LIS data, and identifying discrepancies to improve accountability. Responsibilities include corrective action recommendations, report preparation, PAER development, and reconciling records.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience.
• Analytical property-accountability capability.
• Knowledge of AR 710-2/DA PAM 710-2-1 and applicable LIS processes.
• Tier 1 Investigation basic requirement.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one.
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift.

Position Overview

The Property Accountability Analyst / Specialist will support processing, physical distribution, and logistics services in support of the Texas Army National Guard.

Essential Job Function

• Monitor and analyze property records to identify systemic accountability and visibility discrepancies across supported units
• Analysis: E valuate Logistics Information System (LIS) data, inventory results, and transaction histories to identify "problem areas" (recurring losses, failure to meet inventory timelines, or data entry errors)
• Corrective Action: For every identified discrepancy or problem area, provide a written recommendation for corrective action (e.g., additional training for unit personnel, process adjustments, or administrative adjustments)
• Reporting: the findings, evaluations, and recommended actions shall be consolidated into a formal report
• Prepare PAER
• Reconcile transactions and records

Minimum Qualifications
