Job summary

STI-TEC is seeking a Property Accountability Analyst / Specialist to support processing, physical distribution, and logistics for the Texas Army National Guard. You will monitor property records, analyze LIS data, and prepare formal PAER reports to identify and correct discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience.
• Analytical property-accountability capability.
• Knowledge of AR 710-2/DA PAM 710-2-1 and applicable LIS processes.
• CAC card or ability to obtain one.
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze property records to identify systemic accountability and visibility discrepancies across supported units.
• Evaluate LIS data, inventory results, and transaction histories to identify problem areas (recurring losses, delays, data errors).
• Provide written recommendations for corrective action (training, process adjustments, or administrative changes).
• Consolidate findings into a formal report with evaluations and actions.
• Prepare PAER.
• Reconcile transactions and records.
