Responsibilities include analyzing LIS data and inventories, identifying discrepancies, providing written corrective actions, preparing PAER, and reconciling transactions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience.
• Analytical property-accountability capability.
• Knowledge of AR 710-2/DA PAM 710-2-1 and LIS processes.
• Tier 1 Investigation; CAC card eligibility; forklift certification when operating forklift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze property records to identify systemic accountability and visibility discrepancies across supported units.
• Analyze LIS data, inventory results, and transaction histories to identify problem areas (recurring losses, delays, or data entry errors).
• Provide written recommendations for corrective action (training, process adjustments, or administrative changes).
• Consolidate findings into a formal report.
• Prepare PAER.
• Reconcile transactions and records.

Position Overview

The Property Accountability Analyst / Specialistwill support processing, physical distribution, and logistics services in support of the Texas Army National Guard.

Essential Job Function

• Monitor and analyze property records to identify systemic accountability and visibility discrepancies across supported units
• Analysis: Evaluate Logistics Information System (LIS) data, inventory results, and transaction histories to identify "problem areas" (recurring losses, failure to meet inventory timelines, or data entry errors)
• Corrective Action: For every identified discrepancy or problem area, provide a written recommendation for corrective action (e.g., additional training for unit personnel, process adjustments, or administrative adjustments)
• Reporting: the findings, evaluations, and recommended actions shall be consolidated into a formal report
• Prepare PAER
• Reconcile transactions and records

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse/logistics experience
• Analytical property-accountability capability
• Knowledge of AR 710-2/DA PAM 710-2-1 and applicable LIS processe
• Tier 1 Investigation
• CAC card or ability to obtain one
• Forklift license if/when operating forklift
