Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Program Manager (Operations and Workflow) to oversee day-to-day team operations and synchronize office workflows between Blue Sky and military/government staff.

The PM will act as site lead coordinating administrative interfaces with Government and Blue Sky, leveraging ETMS2 to optimize task management and event coordination. The role requires extensive USAF/MAJCOM experience, executive briefing and strategic-planning skills, and a Master’s

Qualifications

• Familiar with Air Staff and joint administrative and operations instructions/procedures.
• Familiar with airpower concepts and capabilities and how these are effectively employed in support of the Joint Force.
• Ten years of USAF experience, including at least five years at the MAJCOM-level or higher (or a sister service equivalent) serving in either a Director of Staff (DS) or Chief of Staff (CoS) position.
• Expertise in executive-level briefing preparation, strategic planning, and coordination of MAJCOM or Air Staff priorities.
• Master's degree or equivalent (e.g., Air War College, Senior Developmental Education).
• Experience using ETMS2 or similar enterprise task management tools.
• TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate day-to-day operations of the team.
• Synchronize office workflow between Blue Sky and military/government staff.
• Serve as site lead coordinating between Government and Blue Sky for administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with external partners and manage participant rosters.
• Reserve event locations and information technology support.
• Maintain calendars and facilitate weekly meetings; develop better business practices.
