Job summary

Blue Sky Innovators seeks a Program Manager (Operations and Workflow) to join our team in Arlington, VA. The PM will supervise day-to-day operations and synchronize office workflow between Blue Sky and military/government staff.

This role also serves as site lead coordinating with Government for administrative tasks. The candidate will bring ten years of USAF experience, MAJCOM-level exposure, and proven ability in briefing, strategic planning, and ETMS2-based workflow management.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Air Staff and joint administrative procedures.
• Familiar with USAF airpower concepts and Joint Force employment.
• Ten years of USAF experience at the MAJCOM level or higher (or sister service equivalent) in a leadership role.
• Expertise in executive-level briefing, strategic planning, and coordination of priorities.
• Master’s degree or equivalent (e.g., Air War College, Senior Developmental Education).
• Experience using ETMS2 or similar enterprise task management tools.
• TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate day-to-day operations of the team.
• Synchronize office workflow between Blue Sky and military/government staff.
• Serve as site lead coordinating with Government for administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with external partners and manage participant rosters and event logistics.
• Maintain calendars, lead weekly meetings, and drive process improvements.
• Develop business practices to enhance integration with government operations.
