Job summary

Itezz Inc. is hiring a Project Manager 3 in Maryland to lead complex, multi-year programs under federal contract requirements. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and 10+ years in PM disciplines including planning, scheduling, and reporting.

The position offers a substantial salary range and comprehensive benefits with SEP IRA contributions and health plans. Candidates will coordinate with government customers and internal teams to align resources and schedules.

Qualifications

• Ten years of demonstrated experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a resource-informed and partner-informed, high-level roadmap of key effort activities for up to 5 years.
• Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet objectives.
• Develop multi-project Work Breakdown Structures and Integrated Master Schedules to deconflict allocation of resources.
• Estimate level of effort required to complete a given project.
• Coordinate activities of lower-level project managers to achieve synergy across TTOs.
• Provide detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers.
• Provide effective and efficient management of the contractor’s effort.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff.
• Review project risk and mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same.
• Work directly with technical leads to allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements.
• Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government.
• Mitigate project risks and issues that occur.
• Document system and project process improvements.
• Direct and manage the activities of a project team.
• Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set appropriate goals and objectives.
• Provide project and activity status reports to include input needed for PMRs.
• Perform routine and non‑SETA activities to support government procurement actions.
