Project Manager 3
Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required (e.g., Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph).
Responsibilities
- Prepare a resource‑informed and partner‑informed, high‑level roadmap of key effort activities for up to 5 years.
- Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet objectives.
- Develop multi‑project Work Breakdown Structures and Integrated Master Schedules to deconflict allocation of resources.
- Estimate level of effort required to complete a given project.
- Coordinate activities of lower‑level project managers to achieve synergy across TTOs.
- Provide detailed tracking of requirements satisfaction for reporting to Government customers.
- Provide effective and efficient management of the contractor’s effort.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff.
- Review project risk and mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same.
- Work directly with technical leads to allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements.
- Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government.
- Mitigate project risks and issues that occur.
- Document system and project process improvements.
- Direct and manage the activities of a project team.
- Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set appropriate goals and objectives.
- Provide project and activity status reports to include input needed for PMRs.
- Perform routine and non‑SETA activities to support government procurement actions.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph.
- Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Salary Range
$100,000.00 - $300,000.00 (Annually). Annual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; annual hours worked; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
