Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking a Project Manager 1 in Annapolis, Maryland. The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, a Bachelor’s degree (or additional experience in lieu), and PMP certification.

You will lead project teams, develop roadmaps, manage risks, and coordinate with government procurement efforts to deliver mission-critical IT solutions. Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.
• 5+ years experience managing projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree (or 2 more years if substituting for degree).
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling and financial monitoring and reporting.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a resource-informed, high-level roadmap for up to 5 years.
• Analyze operational objectives and prepare plans to meet them.
• Prepare a work breakdown structure and schedule.
• Estimate LOE to complete projects.
• Allocate staffing and equipment to multiple requirements.
• Direct and manage project team activities.
• Provide status reports for PMRs and input for government reviews.
• Mentor project team members and set goals.
• Support government procurement actions and ensure contract compliance.
• Review and mitigate project risks and allocate resources accordingly.
• Document system and project process improvements.
