Job summary

VTG is seeking a Planner/Scheduler in Virginia Beach, VA to support Fleet Modernization programs. You will develop detailed installation schedules, baselining POA&Ms, and coordinating with Project Managers, deck plate leads, and resource teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of AIT shipboard installation, ability to read drawings, and experience translating requirements into executable tasks. Pay range begins at $50,000–$60,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, docs, and work packages to identify activities, sequencing, and resources.
• Develop detailed, executable installation schedules with PMs and leads.
• Maintain and baseline resource-loaded POA&Ms post award and incorporate changes.
