Job summary

ProCleared LLC seeks an analyst to actively participate in the program management lifecycle, monitoring cost, schedule, performance, and risk across the program. You will manage the Integrated Master Schedule, prepare reviews, and ensure documentation aligns with the SOW and PWS.

You will support acquisition lifecycle activities, including IGCEs, PMRs, and sprint planning, with TS/SCI eligibility and 3–10 years of relevant experience. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant experience in program management.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with acquisition lifecycle documents.
• Experience managing IMS and earned value concepts.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitoring program cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and reporting progress.
• Preparing SOWs, PWSs, market research, IGCEs, and related documents.
• Documenting meetings (PMRs, sprint planning, technical exchanges).
• Reviewing contractor deliverables for compliance with the SOW.
