Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to PdM and DdM, manage rosters and events.
• Process travel authorizations and vouchers via Defense Travel System in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare official correspondence and program management briefings.
• Manage PdM and DdM calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Lead weekly PdM/DdM calendar reviews.
• Track NIPR/SIPR taskers in ETMS2 to meet deadlines.
