Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to Product Manager and Deputy Product Manager; maintain rosters and coordinate events
• Process travel authorizations/vouchers in Defense Travel System; ensure compliant reimbursements
• Prepare official correspondence and program-management briefings; staff items for signature
• Manage PdM and DdM calendars; coordinate meetings and events with stakeholders
• Lead weekly PdM/DdM calendar reviews and synchronize calendars
• Track NIPR/SIPR taskers in ETMS2 to meet suspense dates
