Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of maintenance or carpentry experience preferred.
• US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance.
• Must pass safety and background checks.
• Attention to detail and basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Replace light bulbs, electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings using plaster or compound.
• Repair sinks, water coolers, and toilets; perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Paint structures and equipment; repair or replace concrete floors, steps and sidewalks.
• Hang doors and install door locks; replace damaged window panes and broken tiles.
• Position and secure equipment to concrete flooring; follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Adhere to fall protection guidelines and hazardous materials handling as required.
