Job summary

RealmOne in Reston, VA is seeking Liaison Support Officers to back a government intelligence program. The role emphasizes event planning, logistics, and liaison visits in the Washington, DC area.

All levels require an active Security Clearance with Polygraph. Positions range from Level 2 to Level 5, based on experience and client feedback; training and career growth are emphasized in this mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Level 2).
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Level 3).
• Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Level 4).
• Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree (Level 5).
• Active Security Clearance with Polygraph required for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to liaison visits, including logistics and coordination.
• Coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and manage calendars.
• Submit requests for building access, catering, transportation, and special events.
• Act as point of contact for sponsor office senior management.
• Develop SOPs and standardized procedures for liaison engagements.
