Job summary

RealmOne is seeking Targeting Officers at multiple levels to join our intelligence program in Northern Virginia. The positions range in experience, with placement based on assessments and prior performance.

Officers will review and analyze data, draft targeting packages, and engage stakeholders to support government objectives. Active security clearance with polygraph is required for certain levels; 5 levels exist with increasing years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leads.
• Draft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectives.
• Engage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitation.
• Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to client components.
• Leverage customer platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of objectives.
• Create and review all-source intelligence across HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data.
