Job summary

RealmOne in Northern Virginia is seeking Targeting Officers at all levels to support a government intelligence program. The role requires building targeting packages, analyzing specialized data, and engaging stakeholders to generate leads for exploitation.

Positions are tiered (Levels 2–5) based on experience and security credentials, with active polygraph clearance and a strong emphasis on research, data manipulation, and all-source intelligence reporting across HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leads
• Draft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectives
• Engage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitation
• Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to relevant customer components through various written reports and briefings.
• Leverage customer collection platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of tactical and operational objectives.
• Create, review, and process all-source intelligence, demonstrating the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reporting across all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).
