Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Northridge, CA is seeking a Manager Supply Chain Programs 2 to lead material and services execution within the Advanced Weapons Business Unit. This full-time, on-site role reports to Global Supply Chain and requires ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Relocation assistance may be available.

The candidate will oversee cross-functional SCM activities, budgets, schedules, and risk management, ensuring successful program outcomes and government customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5 years experience in Program/Project Management, Global Supply Chain, and related areas.
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience in Program/Project Management, Global Supply Chain, and related areas.
• Experience leading a process, project and team.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR Procurement Compliance and DoD Secret Clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally with all of supply chain to ensure commitments are met and mitigate risks.
• Manage risk & issue tracking, cost account management (CAM) and budgets.
• Ensure complete schedules, budgets, and make/buy plans prior to program execution.
• Lead supply chain program execution and oversee resource planning, material cost, forecasting, and supplier performance.
