Job summary

RTX is a leading aerospace and defense company seeking a Financial Analyst in its Naval Power Business Unit in McKinney, TX. This onsite role focuses on financial reporting, EVMS, EAC/ETC, budgeting, and ad hoc FP&A support for multiple DoD contracts.

The candidate will develop quarterly EACs, oversee program budgets, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to AOP/LRP. Requires university degree and 5+ years experience, SAP EVMS, DoD contracting familiarity, and active Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with EVMS and EAC/ETC required.
• Experience with FP&A concepts and SAP in a government contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly EACs and project ETC/EAC/LRE data.
• Oversee financials for multiple programs and mentor junior analysts.
• Budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management, and financial support.
• Assist manpower planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide FP&A support and ad hoc analysis; support AOP/Long Range Planning.
