Job summary

KBR seeks a Financial Analyst to support a Program Office within the NAVAIR Headquarters at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Role involves financial/program management analysis for the Advanced Systems IPT and ensures funding aligns with annual spending plans.

The position requires a Secret clearance (SSBI within 6 years) with TS/SCI eligibility; Five years of DoD financial management experience is preferred, and ERP/CSPT experience is a plus. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance with SSBI completed within last 6 years; TS/SCI eligibility; TS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline required.
• At least 5 years of DoD financial management experience including financial analysis, funds execution, and funding document development.
• Understanding of defense acquisition, program execution, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to review/revise documents and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs budgetary planning, analysis, formulation, and contract management for multiple IPTs.
• Interfaces with IPT personnel to obtain inputs for staffing, travel, material and fees; develops time-phased spend plans and presents to PMA Level leads and NAVAIR BFMs.
