Job summary

Endgame Systems, LLC, a subsidiary of Elastic, seeks a Consulting Architect for Elastic Government Solutions. You will lead on-site and remote engagements, architect Elastic deployments, and mentor a distributed team to deliver mission-critical search and analytics solutions.

The role emphasizes customer relationships, architectural design, and capacity planning in government environments, with a Top Secret/SCI clearance and willingness to be onsite in Tampa or Orlando, FL.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Federal security clearance (Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly)
• Onsite in Tampa or Orlando, FL with 4-5 days on site per week and remaining time remote
• 3+ years as a consultant or technical instructor in client-facing engagements
• Ability to capture requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs
• Minimum 5 years in Systems Engineer/Administrator, Network Engineer/Administrator, Cloud Engineer/Administrator, or similar
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing Elasticsearch or similar distributed data technologies
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems and CLI
• Familiarity with information retrieval and analytics domains
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Ruby
• Experience with SQL/Elasticsearch/Redis/MongoDB or similar NoSQL
• Ability to learn and adapt to new Elastic technologies

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and oversee Elastic consulting engagements (remote and on-site)
• Architect, implement, configure Elastic solutions focusing on platform architecture and capacity planning
• Build relationships as a customer advocate and ensure excellent communication
• Develop and present demos and PoCs to showcase Elastic Stack value
• Conduct data modeling, query development, optimization, and cluster tuning
• Collaborate with consultants to solve complex technical challenges
• Review and approve technical consulting reports with outcomes and recommendations
• Mentor consultants through enablement programs and training
• Participate in technical interviews to onboard new consultants
• Work in a remote, distributed team with periodic on-site engagements
