You will also develop knowledge base articles, monitor data service health, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to security policies and change management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years for Junior; 4–7 years for Journeyman; 8+ years for Senior, all with Bachelor's Degree.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong English proficiency and professional communication.
• Experience with data-related support and Microsoft Office.
