Qualifications

• 3-5 years of communications technical experience in communications-electronics maintenance or information technology.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• A SECRET security clearance and CompTIA SEC+ certification required.
• Excellent verbal/written customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced military environment.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the CFP lead as part of a support center team and serves as the single point of contact for 10th Communications Squadron customers.
• Receives communication equipment trouble calls via phone, email, or ticketing system and assigns work-order tickets to the appropriate work center.
• Updates maintenance data in multiple Government-provided databases (CIPS, Cherwell, IMDS, SharePoint, Remedy) and uses MS Office to manage workflow.
• Provides direct CFP support, identifying issues and routing repair requests to technicians or work centers.
• Provides on-call/after-hours support as defined in the PWS.
