RTX is seeking a manufacturing technician for an onsite role in Andover, MA. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance prior to start. Starting wage is $20.50 per hour with first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

You will perform numerous manufacturing and assembly tasks, including soldering, machining, inspection, and material handling, following engineering instructions and quality standards. Union representation applies; benefits are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
• Post-offer testing required to determine qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Replenishes chemicals, solvents, and other process fluids as required.
• Operates and checks machinery, performing minor repairs and adjustments.
• Fabricates/assembles/inspects products per instructions and specifications.
• Performs routine operations on assemblies, harnesses, substrates and fixtures.
• Prepares molds, mixes compounds, and verifies product samples.
