Job summary

Virtru, based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Technical Program Manager with a TS clearance to lead end-to-end delivery of data-centric security solutions in regulated environments. You will partner with customers and internal teams to translate mission objectives into secure deployments and drive value realization.

The role requires 5–7+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of technical project/program management experience in IT/security.
• Experience delivering IT/security solutions in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical deployments and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain deployment plans and manage scope, risks, and schedule.
• Lead client kickoffs and coordinate internal Agile/hybrid efforts across engineering, security, and product.
• Drive development and delivery of encryption controls and GovCloud integrations.
• Establish post‑launch support, maintenance, and compliance updates.
