Job summary

Virtru is seeking a senior technical project/program manager to drive end-to-end delivery of data-centric security solutions for public sector clients in highly regulated environments. You will coordinate with customers and partners to translate objectives into secure deployments, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Active U.S. TS clearance required, w/ CI poly preferred.
5–7+ years of technical project/program management in regulated environments.
Experience delivering IT/security solutions and data protection deployments.
Exceptional leadership and ability to translate security concepts for executives.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Project; able to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain project plans; manage risks, scope, and budgets.
Lead client kickoffs; coordinate engineering, security, and product efforts.
Drive development and delivery of encryption controls and GovCloud integrations.
Set up post-launch support, updates, and compliance management.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to manage changing requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks; work with teams to resolve blockers.
Lead on-site/virtual engagements to drive adoption in secure environments.
Travel within greater Northern Virginia area and beyond as needed.
