Job summary

Virtru is seeking a Sr. Platform Product Manager to lead the Data Security Platform across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid deployments. You will own the product lifecycle, shaping a secure, interoperable ecosystem and guiding developer experience and tooling.

You will partner with engineering, sales, and customers to align roadmap with security requirements, regulatory needs, and enterprise IT decision‑making. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B, with a preference for security/data protection.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and developer tooling; capable of communicating complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data Security Platform vision and roadmap across multi-deployment models (on‑prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Lead ecosystem interoperability with enterprise security solutions and integrations.
• Focus on developer experience and provide tooling, APIs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure robust developer tooling and resources.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather requirements and drive platform adoption.
