Job summary

Virtru is hiring a Global Public Sector Customer Success Manager for the National Security Ecosystem in the Washington, DC area. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a strong government/government-industry background, with hybrid work in the DC metro region.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead government customer programs, coordinate with architects, and drive adoption of Virtru data protection solutions across defense and intelligence communities, including NSA-related workstreams.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active US Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly.
• Experience supporting NSA, CSS components, or related defense/intelligence ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong track record of managing customer relationships, projects, and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused workstreams and virtual teams for government customers and industry partners.
• Serve as internal connector among Solution Architects, Project Managers, and delivery teams.
• Orchestrate partnerships within the NSA industry sphere to drive adoption of Virtru solutions.
• Manage the customer lifecycle: from agreement to value realization and expansion.
• Identify issues early and marshal resources for rapid resolution and mission success.
• Monitor customer/partner health and identify expansion opportunities.
• Engage with strategic customers on data sharing, data protection, and AI topics.
