Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a member for the Security Services Team to support employees nationwide. Your work will involve applying government security policies, managing background investigations, and processing clearances for collateral and SCI positions.

You will interact with internal staff and government officials, ensuring accurate documentation, updating DISS/SIMS databases, and coordinating with sponsors and CORs for program needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of related administrative and customer service experience.
• Excellent organization and tracking skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with conducting briefings/debriefings and explaining security processes clearly.
• Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM.
• Experience with DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1 and 3.
• Experience with DoD clearance processes such as DISS, NBIS, eAPP, SF86, and SIMS desired.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Personnel Security Team per government policies and duties.
• Manage personnel clearances and background investigations; process VARs and SEAD 3 reporting via DISS.
• Provide personnel security guidance per adjudicative guidelines.
• Handle security requests via SIMS, DISS, and related forms.
• Process visitor requests and enter clearance info into databases.
• Coordinate classified meetings and liaise with sponsors and SSO for SCI billets.
• Prepare nomination packages and assist scheduling indoctrination/debriefings.
• Update internal security databases and communicate with employees on requests.
