Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facility Security Officer in Reston, VA to lead the industrial security program for cleared personnel and classified programs. You will implement security measures, coordinate with DC and Reston teams, and ensure compliance with NISPOM, DD254, and SCGs.

You will mentor security staff, conduct self-inspections, manage access systems, and prepare security reports for government management, while maintaining the highest standards of security in a fast-paced defense

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FSO experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Must complete DISS/NISS training.
• Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification.
• Current or able to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification.
• Must hold a current, final U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements, Open Storage Areas.
• Experience reading Security Classification Guides (SCGs).
• Willingness to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and program guidance.
• Provide guidance to employees and modify operations policies.
• Coordinate and prepare for Security Vulnerability Assessments and inspections.
• Manage facility access control, badges, and security documentation.
• Develop and update security procedures and training materials.
• Ensure SIMS and security databases are accurate and up to date.
