Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring for a 2nd Shift — Unarmed Security Captain and related Security Officer roles. Shifts run Saturday 1:00pm-9:00pm and Sunday through Wednesday 1:00pm-9:00pm, 40 hours weekly. The team supports clients with reliable, professional protection and incident response in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates are customer-focused, physically capable, and ready to work with a disciplined security program. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school degree.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication, and basic computer skills.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and 1 year of security experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Observe and report all suspicious activity.
• Follow Emergency Action and Communication Plans and SOPs for emergencies.
• Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable and complete incident reports.
• Attend meetings and assist with hiring, training, and scheduling.
