Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift — Unarmed Security Sergeant / Communications professional. The role involves Saturday 5:00am–1:00pm, Sunday 5:00am–1:00pm, and weekday 1:00pm–9:00pm Communications shifts (40 hours).

Ideal candidates are physically fit with security/customer service experience, able to follow SOPs, report incidents, and coordinate with management on training and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Physical ability to stand, walk and perform duties for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Observe and report all suspicious activity.
• Follow Emergency Action and Communication Plans and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with applicable security programs and regulations.
• Complete incident reports as required.
• Attend weekly/monthly security meetings.
• Recruit, staff, and train personnel as needed.
• Supervise officers and daily security operations.
• Manage officer time sheets, payroll, and uniforms.
