Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Security Branch Manager to drive total branch performance and profitability. You will create and execute the branch business plan, recruit and develop staff, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment while aligning with company goals.

You will lead by example, coach the team, manage budgets, forecast needs, and enhance customer engagement through excellent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum three years of office experience.
• Excellent leadership, sales and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage staff.

Create and execute the branch business plan. Ensure store profitability and manage and develop branch personnel. Plan, implement, and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision.
