ADRM, a leading physical security consulting firm, is seeking a BIM Modeler to turn security designs into accurate BIM models and construction docs using Revit and AutoCAD. You will develop layouts for access control, video surveillance, and related systems for complex client environments.

You will collaborate to coordinate models, identify clashes, and ensure deliverables meet ADRM standards, contributing to sophisticated security design projects across the client portfolio.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture/Architectural technology, CAD/CADD or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Security Design and Production environment.
• Security industry experience with understanding of physical security systems and client environments.
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Bluebeam Revu.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain BIM models in Revit and AutoCAD per ADRM standards and project requirements.
• Produce detailed design drawings, cabling schedules, device layouts, and related specifications.
• Coordinate model clashes and support coordination reviews using Navisworks Manage.
• Update models to reflect design revisions and project milestones.
• Follow ADRM BIM standards, templates, and workflows for consistency and quality.
• Support modeling coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with model audits and knowledge sharing to improve practices.
