Placements24 is seeking a Security Awareness Trainer to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices, phishing detection, and data protection policies. You will develop and deliver training programs, create engaging content, and foster a security-conscious culture across the organization.

The candidate should be an excellent communicator with a passion for teaching security topics, capable of delivering in-person and virtual sessions and measuring program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering security awareness training programs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with common cybersecurity threats (phishing, malware, social engineering).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive security awareness and training program.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, phishing simulations, and interactive modules.
• Deliver training sessions to employees across all levels, in-person and virtually.
• Measure training effectiveness and report on key metrics and improvements.
• Stay informed about latest cybersecurity threats and trends to keep content up-to-date.
