Placements24 is seeking a Security Awareness and Training Lead to develop and run a comprehensive program in Upington. You will create engaging content, deliver training, and drive a culture of security across the organization.

The role combines design, delivery, and measurement of training effectiveness, including phishing simulations and analytics. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 3+ years of experience are required, with a hybrid work setup offering in-office and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of security awareness training experience.
• Excellent communication and instructional design skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity threats for end-users.
• Experience with training platforms and analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a strategic security awareness and training program.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and communications.
• Plan and execute regular phishing simulation campaigns to test and improve employee vigilance.
• Analyze training metrics and program results to identify areas for improvement and report to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and best practices to inform training content.
