Northern Trust is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness & Social Engineering Program Lead to strengthen how the organization identifies and responds to human cyber risk. Based in the United States, you will lead enterprise phishing simulations and education to build stronger security habits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise phishing and social engineering programs.
• Proven ability to turn campaign data into actionable security improvements.
• Strong understanding of BEC, credential theft, smishing, and vishing.
• Experience in a large, global, regulated financial services environment preferred.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise phishing and social engineering simulations across channels.
• Design risk-based scenarios aligned with emerging threats.
• Manage simulation platforms and integrate campaigns.
• Analyze results to identify high-risk groups and tailor education.
• Develop dashboards and leadership reporting on key metrics.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and communications teams.
• Continuously evolve the program with new threats and data.
• Create targeted training for executives and high-risk staff.
