Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Security Awareness Trainer to join our team in East London. You will educate employees about cybersecurity threats, develop training programs, and track engagement across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Information Security, or related field, 2–4 years of experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and experience with e-learning platforms. We offer a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably cybersecurity awareness.
• Experience translating technical security concepts for a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deliver comprehensive security awareness training programs for all employees.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, workshops, videos, and online modules.
• Conduct regular phishing simulations and other exercises to test employee awareness and response.
• Track and report on training effectiveness, engagement, and compliance rates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and awareness best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to align training content with policies and risks.
• Promote a positive security culture within the organization.
