Job summary

Four Seasons at The Surf Club in Surfside, FL, is seeking a Security Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who brings enthusiasm to every task. You will lead the day-to-day security force, review staff performance, implement safety policies, and design preventive security programs to protect guests, colleagues and property.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; strong communication skills.
• CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control knowledge.
• Two years’ experience as a Security Supervisor with performance at Four Seasons level.
• Ability to understand and operate computer-based systems and life safety equipment.

About the role:

Four Seasons at The Surf Club is looking fora Security Assistant Managerwho shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What you will do:

• Manage the day to day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.

• Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff.

• Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.

• Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.

What you bring:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, skilled in investigative techniques, and the ability to present a good oral representation and written product.
• Experienced in CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
• Two years’ experience as a Security Supervisor with performance level at or above Four Seasons expectations.
• The capability to understand and operate computer based systems and technically challenging life safety equipment.
