Job summary

Salesforce is building a brand-new Professional Services Security Assurance (PSSA) team and is seeking hands-on security experts to deliver high‑impact engagements for customers. You will translate complex risks into actionable security postures while shaping the future of our security practice.

In this founding role, you will collaborate with the Security Practice and Professional Services to secure configurations, integrations, and deployments, ensuring secure by design outcomes across diverse

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Application Security, Product Security, or Security Consulting.
Experience performing security assessments including architecture/design reviews and threat modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead security engagements delivering high-impact assessments across web, mobile, API, cloud, and AI-enabled apps.
Conduct threat modeling to identify risks and recommend controls balancing security, usability, and business needs.
Develop security assessment reports with findings, risk ratings, and remediation guidance for both technical and executive audiences.
Provide practical remediation guidance and security best practices to customers.
Collaborate with Professional Services to integrate security across the software development lifecycle.
