Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related STEM field; OR 2+ years of information security experience.
• Experience with auditing operating systems (Linux/Windows/macOS).
• Experience with network and host-based collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the SpaceX Security Operations Center as frontline responder by identifying, triaging, and remediating detections and anomalies.
• Provide incident response support by investigating security incidents from detection through root cause.
• Assist in evidence collection and collaborate with engineering teams to secure systems against future attacks.
• Contribute towards detection capabilities for attacker TTPs across the environment.
• Enhance endpoint and network visibility, and update playbooks to protect people, missions, and assets.
