Job summary

Empeople Credit Union is seeking an Information Security Analyst to build, implement, and maintain the cyber security program. You will investigate incidents, work with departments and vendors, and report to management on risk and status.

Responsibilities include monitoring security alerts, managing vulnerabilities, and supporting security policies. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in IT/security are expected, with Security+ or equivalent certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of IT or information security experience.
• Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, SSCP.

Responsibilities

• Review daily security logs and investigate anomalies.
• Handle security incidents and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Administer vulnerability management and coordinate remediation.
• Contribute to security policies, procedures, and training.
