This is an entry level Information Security team position. **DESCRIPTION****Functional Area 1: Monitor & Respond****Percent Effort: 40%** * Monitor the presence of management and security agents on all university-owned assets and coordinate with responsible teams to remediate any deficiencies.* Verify that systems adhere to baseline security configurations and document any deviations through the change control process.* Conduct account reviews to ensure only authorized personnel can access university resources and the principle of least privilege is maintained.* Manage software reviews to ensure operating systems and applications are running supported versions.
