Job summary

Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, WA is seeking an entry-level Security Agent for Summer Seasonal 2026. You will patrol, respond to emergencies, and support guests while maintaining a safe environment across hotels, restaurants, and properties.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and housing may be available.

  • Cooperate with law enforcement in investigations.
  • Use radio and telephone communications to call for assistance from police, fire, or emergency services as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Responsibilities include foot patrols, responding to emergencies, completing detailed reports, and interacting with local law enforcement. The ideal candidate demonstrates diligence and integrity while enhancing guest experience.

  • Prior security/loss prevention experience preferred, prior hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outside in varying and extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $23.00/hr. Compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
