Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the J-Tech II contract. We are hiring a Security Specialist I to support the site security department with administrative tasks, clearance coordination, and badge issuance.

The role requires military or technical security training, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Military or technical training with one year of related work experience in the NISPOM/SAP/SCI security fields.
• Must be familiar with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily administrative tasks in support of the site security department.
• Communicates with the clearance granting agency regarding status of clearances and reinvestigations.
• Issues security badges to designated employees and visitors; maintain badge logs.
• Schedules initial, periodic and exit briefings and coordinates with supervisors and employees.
