LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Security Administrator (Identity Access Management Specific) to join a team within the Financial Services Industry. This role involves managing user access, defining and enforcing access policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective identity and access management solutions. This is a HYBRID role 3 days a week on-site and 2 days remote. Position will be located within Alameda County.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead IAM standard initiatives and protocols.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide IAM solutions.
• Ensure relevant PAM Controls are enforced.
• Manage access provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Conduct periodic access reviews.
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents.
• Evaluate and manage IAM tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in information security - IGA, PAM, Authentication, Directory Services.
• 5+ years of proficiency in scripting languages for automation tasks (PowerShell or Python).
• 5+ years experience with Identity Access Management solutions such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Thycotic, Netwrix, Okta, MS Entra ID, MS Active Directory.
• 5+ years of IAM engineering.
• 5+ years of strong knowledge of data governance principles such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS.
• 5+ years of experience with governance technology tools.
• Fundamental knowledge of PAM and IAM concepts and knowledge of regulations is preferred (ex. CI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience with Jira or similar.
• Experience with API integrations.

Expected Salary Range + Benefits: $115,000 - $126,000 a year
