Security Administrative Assistant
Clearwater, FL – Contract (12 months) – 40 hrs/Week – $20.00–$21.00/hr.

What You'll Do
- Visitor Management – Maintain visitor requests, logs, and issue badges.
- Front Desk Support – Receive and direct visitors to the appropriate parties.
- Phone System Operation – Operate the company's phone system using Microsoft Teams.
- Camera Monitoring – Monitor facility security cameras through Avigilon.
- FSO Support – Assist the Facility Security Officer with security and operational procedures.
- Security Compliance – Support self‑inspections and DCSA Security Vulnerability Assessments; develop a working understanding of NISPOM and 32 CFR.
- Administrative Support – Perform office tasks for Senior Staff, including scheduling offsite events.
- Documentation Management – Maintain phone logs, spider charts, strategic action trackers, Senior Staff meeting calendars.
- General Office Duties – Perform additional tasks as assigned.
What You'll Bring

- 2+ years of experience in general office or administrative work.

Additional Information
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.
