Job summary

GRS, Inc. is seeking a Security Administration/Visitor Control professional to manage entry control, badge issuance, and visitor processing. The role supports program security administration and liaises with DOD and industry partners.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related security experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and willingness to travel within the organizational AOR. Training is offered for qualified entrants.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related security experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Prior experience in special program security preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Check visitor IDs, sponsor and clear via JPAS or local database.
• Log visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of visitor arrivals.
• Inspect bags and hand-carried items for prohibited items.
• Receive and distribute packages per SOP.
• Ensure access badges for assigned personnel.
• Perform emergency procedures for bomb threats, active shooter, and evacuations.
• Account for logs, instructions, equipment and badges at day start/end.
• Assist with personnel, information, program security and entry control.
