Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking a diligent Security Administration/Visitor Control professional for Camp Springs, MD. The role ensures entry control, badge issuance, and professional visitor reception while supporting program security functions.

The position requires handling access procedures, compliance with security policies, and collaboration with DOD personnel and partners. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four years).
• Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in special program security work preferred but training possible for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Check visitor identifications and ensure sponsorship/clearance via JPAS or local database.
• Log visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals.
• Inspect bags and possessions for prohibited items as required.
• Receive and distribute external packages per SOPs.
• Verify personnel have authorized access badges and credentials.
• Assist with emergency procedures (bomb threat, active shooter, fire) per checklists.
• Manage logs, instructions, equipment, and badges during shifts.
• Support personnel, information, program security, and entry control functions.
