Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions, headquartered in McLean, VA, seeks a Program Manager for Security & Adjudicative Support Services to lead a complex intelligence community program. You will direct program activities, manage risk, and coordinate with the COTR, government stakeholders, and contract personnel.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly; you will guide PMPs, ensure performance, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining compliance with ICD 704 and PMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years PM experience in a similar scope.
• Knowledge of ICD 704 regulations and adjudication process.
• Experience in risk management and ITIL-based incident reporting.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and brief senior officials.
• Experience with personnel security clearance actions and investigations.
• Familiarity with personnel security tools such as Scattered Castles, iSTARS, STARgate, DISS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all program activities per PMP.
• Lead monthly PMRs (CDRL-006) with COTR and CO.
• Deliver SOW requirements per PMP with emphasis on efficiency and quality.
• Serve as primary liaison for COTR on contracts, security, and invoicing.
• Maximize cost reductions and minimize invoicing delays.
• Identify cost-saving tools and process improvements; present proposals.
• Manage preparation and submission of all CDRL deliveries.
• Oversee contractor personnel and pre-empt potential issues.
• Coordinate with Task Managers for scheduling and training needs.
• Ensure tasks meet deadlines and follow Government guidance.
