Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Senior Personnel Security Analyst / Adjudicator with TS/SCI + FSP clearance for on-site work in Herndon, VA. The role focuses on applying ICD 704 and EO 12968 to the most complex cases, leading teams, and liaising with the Adjudication Board to ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities include managing 100+ cases, high-level adjudication, interviewing, and coordinating with stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5–7 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of ICD 704 regulations and adjudication processes.
• Ability to lead teams and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience interviewing subjects to resolve adjudicative issues.

Responsibilities

• Expert Case Management: manage a caseload of 100+ cases across stages and meet monthly production targets.
• High-Level Adjudication: render decisions on complex cases with derogatory information.
• Leadership: guide security teams and coordinate with stakeholders for investigative actions.
• Data Integrity: ensure information is captured and uploaded to iSTARS/STARgate.
• Subject Interviewing: conduct independent interviews to resolve adjudicative issues.
